I recently stayed at Kamp Houkan-Cho in Okayama for a few days. The location was perfect, just a short walk from JR Okayama Station. The welcome drink of pineapple juice was a nice touch, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals. The bed had curtains for privacy and there were plenty of power points for charging devices. The toilets and bathrooms were clean, and there were enough of them. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was trendy. I would definitely stay here again.
Would recommend this hotel.

The rooms at KAMP Houkan-cho Backpacker's Inn & Lounge are cozy and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The private rooms with Japanese futon bedding are a unique and comfortable experience. The communal kitchens are convenient for those who want to cook their own meals.
Personally, I found the internet access a bit slow and unreliable. But others might not mind.
